We are growing our Yassir Express Family. As such, we need to strengthen our sales team with the addition of a new Area Sales Representative - this is where you come in! Your focus will be 100% on identifying, negotiating with and closing deals with new partners - we expect you to be a natural hunter with a real passion for this type of work.
As time progresses and more Restaurants/Partners are onboarded, the targets and duties of the role may develop - in the first instance, we’re looking for someone that wants to get their teeth into this exciting project! While you’ll have dedicated support and will work in conjunction with the rest of our sales team, you will be responsible for your area. Therefore, you’ll need to be comfortable with working autonomously and with a lot of responsibility.What You Will Do:
  • Execute an effective territory business plan, hit your targets, and love what you do!
  • Identifying potential partnerships and who are a great fit for Yassir
  • Demonstrate your commercial sensibility with partners, develop value, listen to your market, and respond with the best solutions
  • Submit the Sales plan as per the set objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Find new leads, communicate with them and convert the leads to sales.
  • Interact with the Potential partners for product offering, brand awareness on a time to time basis by meetings and calls
  • Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate and send Request of Proposal quoting the rates and terms of conditions to sign the contract and bring a partner on board with Yassir
  • Maintain the record and inform the Management of contacted and not contacted leads and ensure that the records are entered into personal and automated follow-up processes
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including Cold calls, Closed sales, Follow-up activities, Presentations, Sales meeting reports (new partner), and daily signed contract reports.
  • Achieve previously set monthly and quarterly targets
What You’ll Need:
  • A Master degree in sales/business
  • An experience of a minimum of 3 years in a Sales amp; Marketing role related to food delivery services.
  • A natural ‘hunter’ with excellent communication and networking skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with numbers for closing win-win deals
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
  • High energy amp; drive to work for a newly launched and fast-growing business
  • Fluent in French with a good level of English
  • Experience of 1 year abroad or in a multinational is a plus.
